Refund My MONEY

It's been almost 2 years since I paid for an iPhone 14 and the device was never delivered. Over the years I have received numerous emails requesting payment for the device and at some point they handed over my account to debt collectors. After involving lawyers, they cancelled the handover but still send emails requesting payment.

I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund but they get ignored. I spoke more than 5 agents requesting they put me through to their accounts department but they never get back to me.

Rentoza is a the worst service provider. They lure you in and take your money but cannot deliver.
