Refund me my money Rentoza

I had placed an order on the 23 December and I though everything was going to be smooth but no the verification process is a nightmare I must say shame,I have been sending emails upon email requesting to cancel my order and wanting my refund but no one gets back to you.How poor customer service this is,it's really disheartening to be treated in such a manner...Rentoza cancel my order and give me my money of R920 back and this need to be resolved now
