Refund me

I made payment on my account on the 1st of February via a link sent by Rentoza to my email address which I normally use. However on the 4th of Feb my account was debited again. I have sent my bank statement as proof but you still insist my Acc was not debited. Please pay me back my R980. This has happened before.
