Refund issue

Thought I would have a great experience but no. Placed my order on the 31st Jan was unable to verify my banking details as it did not want to accept the attachments. Decided to cancel my order and received confirmation that it was cancelled 5 days later I still did not receive my refund sent them an email and they responded in saying they have technical issues WOW now I have to wait till when I dont know as they also don't know but when you have to pay they take the payment immediately with no issues.
