Refund Incompetence

Had to receive a refund and clearly on the website it indicates 3-5 working days. Upon the 8th day no confirmation was received and I had to send a snotty email before receiving confirmation. Completely unacceptable!

Please work on your refund processes. . . one cannot wait two weeks for a refund which you received payment for immediately.
