Refund

I placed an order and paid on the 28th of July and then they canceled the order on the 4th of August then I had to guess that it was cancelled due to no payslip submitted which I told the consultant who called me on the 2nd August that I can only submit it on Monday which was the day they decided to cancel without even informing me. Then I was sent an email stating that I will be getting my refund within 6-12 working days. I'm still waiting for that refund till today. Worst part of it all, they don't even have call center where you can reach them so you must only take whatever they write to you. My thing is they decided to cancel my application because of their policies but now why is Rentoza not giving me my money back which they clearly didn't need?!
