Refund Delayed with No Clear Communication

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Rentoza. Order number #235387, I have been waiting for my refund for an unreasonable amount of time despite being told multiple times that it has been “escalated” and marked for priority processing. There has been little to no communication no clear timeline and no real progress. It feels like empty promises rather than actual customer service. As a paying customer, I expected transparency efficiency and accountability none of which have been delivered. This experience has been frustrating and stressful. If this matter is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue further through consumer protection channels and social media. I would not recommend Rentoza based on my experience.
