Refund delay.

If possible I woule rate it 0. I placed an order with Rentoza and unfortunately it was declined. I have not yet received my refund and they were communicating while placing the order and informed it was declined after that no futher communication regarding my refund they promised 6-12 workinh days I will receive my refund. Throughout that turn around time I have been sending emails and whatsapps to confirm indeed I will receive it on due time because I don't want complications. I was yet again promised I will receive it within the turn around time, now they no longet responding to email/calls/online website chat and WhatsApp they blue tick.
