Refund

Am really starting to feel like rentoza is a ****.on the 28 of march I purchase a microwave and washing machine,couldn't get any assistance and I end up canceling the order on April 5th their policy said 14 days for them to give back your refund .it a month now no refund nothing.even if you email them they dont get back to you all they do the make you chat with the report which can not even assist you.what kind of the company doesnt have contact numbers to call. Please has anyone ever recieved their refund from rentoza?
