Refund

The repeated delays, lack of transparency, and evasive communication from your company amount to unfair and deceptive business practices as contemplated under the CPA. I paid for goods and did not receive them as agreed. In terms of the CPA, I am entitled to either timely delivery or a full refund. You have failed on both counts.

Since December I have been told refund has been processed, In January you had to re submit my refund request. I have been waiting till today. No feedback, no refund. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
