Refund

Ive ordered a fridge for pay to rent then I couldn't verify but the money was already deducted, while struggling with verification because they don't make it easy for us I then ask them to refund me they answered say it will reflect after6 to 12 day it's the second months now im still waiting on their watsap no answer email no answer I tried everything no answer please help I want my money
