Refund

Good day I would like for Rentoza to respond to my emails regarding a refund for a device that I paid for 2 months ago and had to cancel because they couldn't commit to a delivery date. I canceled and was promised a refund within 12 days. We are now on day 11 with no confirmation or communication from them.
