Refund

Good day all

I placed an order last week Friday which i paid for using EFT (R798)as i was waiting for my new card to be delivered as the old one had expired. Spoke to Azile Kgatla(26 May 2023) to find out the process of making payment and she advised that i can make EFT payments. Which i did and send pop to the following email address *** and *** to inform of the payment. 7 days later am still waiting for my order. But all i want now is to cancel the everything and you guy refund me my money that i paid as now i know the low rating you guys are getting as you are just confirming how useless this company is. LETS JUST PROCESS MY REFUNDS CASE CLOSE.
