Refund

I am very upset, I have refund that is due to me since December they have told me it takes 7-12 working days till today I haven’t received my money back. I follow up with them every single day and an Agent will respond on WhatsApp ‘they are still waiting for feedback’ they have escalated the matter with finance. What feedback?? I need my refund processed ASAP!!!

This is unacceptable, I will write here until I get the refund!
