Refund

Rentoza is the bad company in the industry, it is meant to make things easier for people but instead it drains out the money and energy out of people. I purchased a washing machine they told me I have to send my documents wich I tried but their system failed me, now they can't refund my money. It's 2 weeks now and the refund should take 6 days. No one cares to tell me anything or even to update me. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from them, they are ****mers 🚮🚮🚮
