Red Flags

First of all, you must FIRST pay for a subscription BEFORE any kind of verification or application can be approved... Red flag.

Second, it is impossible to deal with the same agent in their support as they all seem to share one email. Trying to reply to one agent just nets a reply from another, and the previous information from the previous agent/s don't seem to be taken into account.

Third, if you (against your better judgement) decide to continue dealing with them and pay and complete your verification etc, there are no updates surrounding the item you ordered. No status updates on the website. No idea whatsoever if/when I am receiving my ordered item. Emailing support nets you nothing useful.

Fourth, the support/FAQ's have numerous incorrect information. The FAQ's say one thing but the support agents say another.

Fifth, because of the issue mentioned above (2nd issue) new support queries do not take into account what new order you are talking about, and I (as a customer) seem to know more about their rules than they do... The FAQ's state that after you complete and verify an order you have 10 days to ask for a change of debit date, after 10 days you would be required to pay an additional R300 admin fee (never in my life have I had to pay R300 to change a debit date, but anyway). THE DAY AFTER I placed my order and verified it, I asked to change my debit date and was immediately told that I needed to pay R300 to change it... I then quoted their own FAQ's and sent the agent a link to show them they are wrong.. I have not heard from support since....

To summarize: Multiple red flags, terrible support, strange and unusual practises surrounding payments. Not to mention that the software they use to lock your android could also be used to literally spy on everything you do inluding websites, passwords, personal information and more, (I have software experience and read all about this software) and you would not even know about it.

Rentoza seemed like a good alternative to applying for more credit, and the process seemed simple enough, but I would not recommend it.
