Really horrible experience, **** of a company

Really horrible experience,and the service is disgraceful. I paid for my order over 2 months ago and I still have not received my order. When I ask for an alternative I keep on been given something that is out of stock keep on being given excuses. When I call the number says it's currently unavailable and they take ages to reply to my emails .
