Really bad client service worst of the worst

Worst service I have ever received from a company. My washing machine is now broken and every time I make a query no response they do not respond back. But when time comes to get their money they are the first to collect.

Rentoza your service sucks really bad.

My subscription ended 2 months ago but the are still deducting their money but they do not want to fix my washing machine but hey money first hey.

Rentoza just want money they don't want satisfied clients.
