Really ***********

This company are really something, I order a product from them, pay them and then when you are asked to do a verification they ask you for 3 months bank statement. You get a 3 months bank statement, you send it, they tell you, you need to upload it. You upload it the system does not work, then you try and try again. Then they they say you cannot send them a consoliated statement it must be a 3 months bank statement. They got no idea what they want or how they want it. Really, Then when you ask for your money back they cannot even do that.
