The worse company with the most *********** staff who have little or no knowledge. I requested for a settlement amount , I was told to log in on my account . The amount reflecting on my account is what I paid . I received a further email that I must pay an additional amount as yhis was not added to my statement . How is this my problem , when I am the customer and the agent refused to assist in the 1st place to provide an amount . Is it fair for a customer to be held accountable if the agent was *********** ?
