Rentoza is a *****, I paid for my order 4 months ago, as they advertised stock was available, Delivery was promised one month later which was okay,I waited. All this time I am getting updates my stock will be delivered on 14 January as promised. Come to 14th January suddenly they dont have stock, fine I waited. Going into the second month and all they tell me is still waiting for stock, I cancel my order and now the fun begins, for the past 2 months

10 Mar 2025, 09:04They are now claiming for the past 2 month to have a system issue and refusing to pay out my refund, My money that I paid for them for something they didnt have, and now making excuses so they dont refund my money. Rentoza lies that they have the stock so people can pay, and then they lie about system issues so they dont have to refund our money.This company is a ****. Please rather use TELJOY, who are much more honest and they dont take your money until you get your stock. I need my money but Rentoza doesnt care,there is no customer service. This company is just a *****uelnt copmany beware
