Quick to debit, Ignore their credit, that's their motto

I placed an order with Rentoza on the 01 Feb and it got declined, which is fine. I have been waiting for my refund for over a month now. When I try get through to them via chat or whatsapp, I get minimum 4 hours wait time. I would not recommend them to anyone and I am still waiting for my money
