A year ago, Thembisile incorrectly advised me, that led to my bank investigating the transaction as ***** because I emailed them and they ignored me. As a result I refused their debit system to avoid reoccurrence. Every month thereafter I had payment issues. I would send proof of payment. Even Uwais the GM couldn't resolve issues - he advised me to pay via link but when I complained on Twitter they had the gaul to say I must ensure I pay but I haven't skipped a single month's payment. Bad service from Nomfundo, Lehlohonolo, Lulutho, Siphesihle, Rosemary, Mbali, Lesego & Sache. Even made excuses for them as to why there was a communication barrier i.e teething problems or perhaps training or even system issues etc. Eventually I had enough & adamant to cancel in Jan, enter Sasha who feigns helpfulness just so I could remove my HelloPeter complaint. Requested Ownership Certificate 7 days ago, made an immediate payment at my expense to rid myself of them & they say on Twitter it takes days for payment to reflect?? The max an immediate payment takes is 30 mins but these people think customers are clueless. Still no actual certificate received. Rather go for a more reputable company & take the tons of complaints seriously. You can also view g o o g l e / Twitter reviews together with actual written proof of all the above. Save yourself the headache, you've been warned.</div>
