Promise on promise on promise

I have ordered a apple series 6 watch from them on the 26th November. Strangely the payment went off smoothly and signing of forms. But that is where customer service stops. The email states 5 to 7 working days. No one ever reached out letting me know that delivery dates changed. I had to always send an email or messenger message first.

Delivery dates changed and they promised me this coming Friday was the worst case scenario for delivery. I just got a 2 different messages from the same company today. One saying via email the latest it will be send on Friday and a messenger message saying next week Friday the latest. That will make it 16 days. The funny part is that when I wanted to cancel they promised they won’t let me down. Please stay away from them.
