Popi act violation - ********* company

[28/9, 03:40] Mpho: This is most ********* company with *********** people I have ever seen. I have phone that I supposed to R560 via a debit order from my account as the subscriber.

I am not behind with the payments. The last month my wife used her bank card to pay R560 .

1. She is not the subscriber with you, why do keep a bank card information ? Do you follow the POPI Act? I need to report this ********* bahaviour

2. Why did you charge( take) R560 X 9 = R5040 at 3AM this morning ?

3. You didn't even attempt to debit my account as your subscriber, you incorrectly taken money from someone's account that is not your client.

I need this money refunded to her immediately or all hell will brake loose.

Now you have taken R560 nine times in space of 45 minutes. I have sent an email for Popi act violation and ***** to consumer protection department

Now i need to speak to the CEO of this company!!!!!
