Poorest Service Reseller Retailer in South Africa

Worst company on earth. Ordered first time and waited 3weeks after paying for a device. When finally the device got shipped courier the poor couriers did not call me and just said "Client unavailable" courier company Internet Expressvwry bad service. Finally the next day delivery received the phone and found first the phone scratches, dents and not even a charger. So upset then finally installed software and wanted to see the camera quality then saw the camera did not even work. OMG...what a very very sad disappointment. Waiting more than a week and about 30 whatsapps aand emails to come collect this s**** phone and NO ONE EVEN CALLED ON TELE SALES SAYING WILL INVESTIGATE AND GET BACK TO ME....WHAT A POOR BUSINESS AND SERVICE PROVIDER...PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT USE THEM YOU GOING TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. PLEASE OUBUDSMAN HELP HERE LIST THE COMPANY
