POOREST SERVICE EVER

My subscription was declined by Rentoza when I asked for a reason no one could answer me instead the said I must read articles on general reasons why subscriptions are declined. I wanted to know my specific reason for the decline so that I know exactly what I need to improve.

Fine my subscription is declined for who knows why, now there are supposed to refund me within 3 - 5 business days which has pass and no refund has been deposited into my account, I've sent emails requesting for my refund but up now I haven't received it. Their service is the poorest service I ever received.
