Poor services delivery and customer satisfaction

I placed an order with Rentoza in September and waited 3 months to be told i had to wait another month so i cancelled the order and requested a refund . i gave them the banking details to which they should pay the refund and they did not do that as well. their consultant are in competent and they have 0 service delivery and they do not consider their customers as well . I have never experienced such poor customer service. they are disgusting!!!!
