Poor Services

Each and every month they lock my devices but I have to pay. When I pay the devices is still locked, They send nasty emails and never respond to any emails or concerns.

I wish I never took a subscription with them. Please people to not take anything with them. They have pathetic customer services and the managers does not step up to help. Each month I have the same problem for almost 6 months.

Be careful with this company. My devices is still blocked and I have paid. You cannot get any help. The chat bot is useless and the people that work on the emails even more useless.

When U say they are useless I mean as in useless, No one knows what they are doing. I am shocked that they are still in business.
