POOR SERVICE - PLACED ORDER IN MARCH, STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT

The service is poor, I ordered a Mac Book in March and the item was only delivered to me on the 26th of April, the item was badly damaged I reported that immediately it took them a month to come back and take back the item and till today I have not received a replacement, I send emails i don't get response but they a taking the money from my account this is very upsetting.
