Poor Service for a good concept
So there seems to be a "Verification" issue due to system maintenance. I've made a payment, been through their verification process and still waiting. It's been 3 days now. They need to verify and approve first before taking our hard earned money. Lack of landline and only using WhatsApp and email to communicate makes it a very frustrating experience.
