Poor service!!!

The level of poor service and lack of communication from this company is appalling!!! I placed an order after numerous interactions and after making payment I haven’t received a form of feedback or responses from the different channels I’ve tried to contact them on. I’m so disappointed at this point and I’m not quite certain if I’ve been ****med or not.
