Poor Service

I logged a case in which I stated that my phone is not working, submitted a claim form etc. Was told that the person that will come to pick up the phone will be in contact. Its been 3 days now and counting.

Stressed on more than 1 occasion that I use my phone to access my work applications, now I have been a sitting duck for the past 4 days and counting. In their policy it states that any faulty devices will be picked up within 24 hours turnaround time.

Sent multiple follow up mails to their *** with no response from either Palesa or Khethiwe.
