Poor service delivery

Their service is terrible I have been using them, there is no contact number for queries, wait period for a product is too long, on arrival its another extension for the waiting period I have completed 2 subscriptions with them the service has been terrible through out. At some stage I had to go their office for assistance. This is very frustrating, communication is only done by them when it suites them via email and WHASTSAPP no direct communication.
