Poor Service Delivery

Despite numerous follow ups I have received only empty promises, I placed an order on the 30May 2021 made payment and to date all I get is you will get ETA next week every week is next week.

They told me delivery is within 10 business days and yet an entire month has gone and still no product yet they debit my account.

I have been patient with them but now it is really getting to me they keep-making promises that they cannot keep it is honestly disgusting. What kind of service is this?
