Poor service

I don’t understand why now am being pestered by this company yet my payment date is the second of every month abs they didn’t debit my account as per Normal , Secondly I don’t know why it’s now my issue as it’s the company whose not running the debits on my account. They now harassing my parents and sisters with calls threatening to call the police on them and that they will come collect the interns mind you it’s the company’s fault? I made arrangements with the agents for my debits to go off on the normal date the second of every month, you company doesn’t even run the payments then you then turn make it as if I am at fault? The phone payment was made on the link sent then you send a link for 2600 ?
