Poor service

I took a phone with Rentoza finished paying it off and got the proof of purchase,I’ve been asking them to remove the device management from sometime now since I have paid off the phone and I want to sell the phone but I can’t because of the device management that’s still showing on my phone,I’ve been sent from pillar to post with this issue and till today I have not been assisted meanwhile I don’t owe them anymore
