Poor service! Avoid!

Useless payments dept!

Extended my 6 month subscription on iPhone 13 to another 6 months. They unable to give statement reflecting all payments from start of initial subscription and was assured the buy out price after extension was going to be the one for 12 month subscription. Now they say that the buy out is gonna be for new 6 months subscription but I would then have had device for 12 months! Referred people to you but will now advise people to rather stay away!
