POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF VALUE FOR CUSTOMERS

Poor, Horrible service I will never recommend this place to anyone, never bother to buy anything from them. they don't value their customers all they know is threatening and taking ore than the agreed money from customers. 1st of all, I paid for they will lock their device the same day you have to pay and you'll struggle through until you make means to pay because you cannot use the very phone that has banking apps and all the details you need to make the payment, then they are nowhere to be found(Phone number provided not working, ignoring your emails and whatsapp as well, all you get is Auto replies "Thank you for contacting Rentoza! Please let us know how we can help you") And should you not pay on the day, you will receive all kinds of harassment from them including calling you at night but all the lines they use are not working when you have to call them. they provide contact details that are not working yet when people say they are ****s they become very defensive and reason about how much they deliver. 2nd issue, I was charged for several more months after the subscription was over and when I noticed and inquired almost a year being charged and I was told I need to cancel and pay a buy out price of which the money I have paid (Over) is triple the buy out price already, we only had a back and fourth on emails as they fanned not understanding the query and kept on asking if I want to cancel the subscription. No refund and no clarity thereafter
