Poor service and Dishonesty to the Customers !!!!!!

Poor service..they don't communicate with you I've paid on the 28th of November, and I got verified on the 6th of December still today my order is not with me, and I don't know what to do anymore. Last time spoke with them they told me to wait another 14 days this is radicicolous.
