Poor service and communication

I've ordered products 28th September 2025 and told afterwards that they are waiting for stock so the waiting period would be 45days. After several emails and WhatsApp messages they said that order will be delivered 02nd December 2025. Well still no update on order, still shows awaiting fulfillment. I've send a dozen of messages now on WhatsApp (an agent will be in touch shortly) and on the Rentoza Website, where they have put me through to the support team and still no response from anyone!! Tomorrow is the 02nd of December!! This is poor service and unacceptable!!
