Poor Service

For the past 3/4 months i receive mails from Rentoza company stating that i don't pay my account. Which is bull ****.

I then respond by saying that the money is in my account. Then suddenly they deduct it. Today i received a few mails stating that my account is now 2 days in arrears. I looked in my bank account and again the money is still there. I can prove that the money was in my account since 2025-11-27.

I want to work on my i pad and noticed that you blocked it. It is unacceptable. I can not get hold of them to beg them to deduct my installment
