Poor service

Rentoza has been the worst business to interact with. Firstly they gave me a refurbished washing machine which has been giving me problems. I reported this and filled in their form for them to come and collect it on the 9th of Jan. No one came and no communication since. Secondly, I had app**** app**** for a phone last which was supposed to be delivered in October (application was done in July). They contacted me in October saying they still don't have stock and asked for an extension. At this point I canceled the application, since then it's been a back and forth regarding my refund. In December someone contacted me and said they do have stock and will send a contract soon. Till today I am still waiting for that contract for a phone I app**** for over 5 months ago. The worst part is there's no way to contact them directly.
