Poor service

I have been paying my subscription until, I made an arrangement of buyout price payment now I believe I have completed. No one is getting back to me when I request the PANDADOC so that I will be able to get my COO after I filled it up. They are showing signs of unprofessionalism and fulfilling customer's requests.
