Poor Service
I have never struggled this hard to get a hold of anyone at this company, responses were quick and frequent when i was ordering but now that I am canceling my order and requesting a refund, all forms of communication have gone silent, I have made requests online, sent emails and WhatsApp messages but no reply whatsoever
