POOR SERVICE

I order a phone. Paid my subscription fee everything. I am now waiting for a new ETA. My phone was suppose to be delivered 17 November. They can not tell me when i will get a new ETA date. They just tell me they have a supply problem so they will let met know. I think this is absolutely a poor service. You can not advertise a product if you don't have this product in stock. Why must i then pay if i don't get good service. I trusted you guys but now i am very upset with the service i get from you guys.
