Poor poor service for new customer

Made my first payment in the 26th of December. Was told the items I ordered aren't available until the 6th of February, I should take second hand items at a "20%" discount. Decided (against my better judgment) to accept this offer. Items delivered the 23rd, then I'm billed today full subscription again! Why?? When I only have the items for 3 days?! And over and above that no discount was app****. So I've paid twice already for items I haven't even had for 3 full days????! Terrible service honestly should never have taken anything in the first place, now it makes me believe seeing as though it's a recurring card payment that even if I didn't not receive the items I would've been billed again.
