Poor poor company

Only put one start there as no option to leave at zero horrible company no customer service treat you like you just a number…I wasn’t in a good space and was unable to pay to continue using my phone as Rentoza uses Knox Gaurd to completely deem there Samsung devices useless…they were to collect there phone however because my working hours they missed me on a few occasions and decided not to continue getting someone to collect the device the device was locked for months and then finally I got into a better situation I then requested what would it cost to unlock the device and that a link needs to be sent to make payment I was advised 560 I then payed this and got the device unlocked I then decided to find out how much it would cost to buy the device I was advised the price and a few minutes later the agent locks my device and advises he cannot unlock it until I catch up on subscriptions I wasn’t made aware of this and I kept on stating my case he then ignores me and leaves my device locked with no way of getting through to him…. Money taken for the subscription and refusal to unlock device poor poor company money hungry and no understanding do not get into an agreement with them
