I will be coming to the head office to talk to someone real, if needs be legal action will be taken Placed an order 3 months ago, delivery was supposed to be today. I have been receiving communications up to last week that my order would be delivered on time. On Monday, I followed up to confirm that delivery is still scheduled for Wednesday, they said they are not sure, Could you please tell me that, up until last week, my order was scheduled to be delivered on the 4th, despite not having it in stock? I also asked for an updated delivery time none could be given.
