Poor delivery system

Rentoza.co.za has a very poor delivery system I am very disappointed as I have been waiting for more than a month for an item I ordered Still waiting even though payments been made all I get is a email extending the delivery date once again. Sad as the website stated delivery date depends on date of verification.
